Guest guest
Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of a confusing time at the moment. I'm trying to figure out the differences between honey, and gold calcites....it's a fair pain, because most people seem to speak of them as the same crystal, can anyone help me out? I have 4 different hued calcites of similar colour, 2 were bought as honey calcite, 2 were gold.........although the sales people for one lot pretty much thought honey & gold were one & the same....aaaaahhhhhh!!!! If anyone has any links to sites that have the entire range of calcites that would be great too, thanks vick
Guest guest
Hi Vick, from my dealings with calcite, Gold is a very pale irredisent colour used for meditation and grounding higher energies into the physical realm. Resonates with the energies of the crown and navel chakras. Honey or yellow calcite can also be used with the crown chakra and the solar plexus(yellow). This calcite stimulates the will(Yellow) and has a very expansive and uplifting energy. As I have not seen your crystals I cannot tell you which is which but I would suggest you trust your instinct and maybe spend some time meditating with each one seperate. You will get to know their spirits individually and they will instruct you. Blessings on you journey lightworker vick <vicknco Thursday, 31 May, 2007 4:44:04 AM [CrystalHW] calcite Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of a confusing time at the moment. Yellow calcite is yellow calcite and honey calcite is the color of honey more of a brownish yellow not a true yellow. I would view your description of gold calcite more closely in color to yellow calcite. I have naturally terminated yellow calcite and I have rough pieces and polished of honey calcite. The yellow calcite has more of an impact on my solar plexus then the honey calcite does. The honey's energy is much more gentle then the yellow (which I literally had knock the wind out of me the first time I held a particular piece of terminated yellow that is in my crystal family.) Blessings to your day. ReNau ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
