Guest guest
Hi Peggy, If you're looking to move on from childhood trauma that has stayed with you (possibly in old patterns - new situations) then rhodochrosite is excellent. It certainly helps you move on, gives you strength and calmness when it's difficult. It's for healing the child within. Not sure whether this is relevant - depends on what you're tying to move on from. I think there are some stones that are commonly used for breaking patterns which I'm sure the others can fill you in on. Just thought I'd add this one in in case it helps. All best, Katy UK On 30/05/07, dwsnpggy <dwsnpggy wrote: > > What is a good crystal for letting go of the past & moving on. > Also , any good meditations , etc. to go with it. > Thank you. > Peggy > > > . > > >
