Thanks to everyone who has sent condolences, prayers , energies and good

thoughts for me and my family since the death of my father and his wife

last Monday.

These are much appreciated by all and are making a difference.

I don't know when Beckys memorial will be because her relatives

overrode her ( small secular) preplanned arrangements for those of

their choice. (I'm not sure we are invited) We will include Becky in our

memorials of course. This is reminder to leave specific instructions as

to who is to act in your interests should your spouse die with you,

Becky had done this in her will but not in her memorial preplan

arrangements . She and my dad were happily married for around 14 years

having met after the death of my mother from Lou Gerhigs " disease.

My dad will have a brief military service outdoors at the Mount Scott

National Cemetery Next Friday at 11 Am.

I'm still in California and still don't know if I will be able to get

to Oregon for the memorial services both because of money issues and

because my blood pressure went through the roof this week and caused

some bleeding . My doctors have have put me on new meds but don't think

I should fly or take a two day train trip right now. I would appreciate

energies and crystal suggestions for stabilizing the blood pressure and

dealing with the drugs . They have me on something that has almost

turned me into a zombie.

Hi Peggi (excuses my writing, but I don't know very the American

language and I am using a translator)

even if physically I am distant from you, are you near in your pain

if I have understood well now you have some problems of health

 

I am a herbalist and in past I have taken care of a lot of people

with the plants in my shop

If you want a suggestion not to use medicines!!!! The plants take

care of all the illnesses

Let from a good herbalist or natural doctor recommended

Here in Italy to take care of the tall blood pressure we use the

followings plants:

For tall blood pressure: BIANCOSPINO, OLIVO,CARDIACA,FUMARIA eccc..

 

Tintuta madre T.M. BIANCOSPINO- Crataegus oxyacantha (40 drops in

little water 3 times a day away from the meals)

or

Tintura madre oppure Gemmoderivato T.M. or MG of OLIVO - Olea

europaea (50 drops in little water 2 times a day away from the meals)

 

(Per pressione sanguigna alta: BIANCOSPINO, OLIVO,CARDIACA,FUMARIA

eccc..

Tintura madre di Biancospino - Crataegus oxyacantha (40 gocce 3

volte al giorno lontano dai pasti

Tintura madre oppure Gemmoderivato di OLIVO- Olea europaea (50

Peggy,

 

Sending Reiki to you now. Meditation is excellent for helping to

lower blood pressure. When you don't have time to meditate, if you

can take a few minutes to sit quietly, slow your breathing, and think

about your feet, your legs, your hands, and your arms all feeling

heavy and warm, that will relax you and also help to lower your blood

pressure.

 

Please take care of yourself, Peggy, the world can't afford to lose

someone like you!!
