It has striations along the C axis faces that make it a Lemurian Seed Crystal. We do a crystal and mineral booth at local craft and festival venues on weekends. When available we offer Lemurians. Many here do reiki, massage, chakra balancing or other forms of energy work so they sell too fast to be able to put them at website. In addition, Maui is considered to be the top of a mountain range, part of the land where a gentle race of beings of very advanced knowledge of light work existed and many who are visiting from mainland feel that energy. When the Atlanteans tried to destroy Lemuria these beings scattered throughout the Pacific Rim area. Mount Shasta in California USA is considered to be an area where a high percentage of these entities settled. Most of the information we have been able to find comes from Melody's Love is in the Earth book. She states that legends report that they have been placed there for intentional discovery later revealing information about the healing practices of both Atlantis and Lemuria. Those who are drawn to a particular stone are considered ready to receive that information by rubbing the thumb up and down the ridged side of the crystal. We refer to them as 'bar codes' as they ridged are similar to those. If you are holding the crystal upright the ridges appear horizontally. Because they were placed intentionally in certain mines in South America I have heard a mine in Africa, by beings from a light dimension much more intense than ours the amplitude of energy running through the quartz crystal causes the edges to have a slight curve rather than the typical quartz crystal. Although they are usually clear and free of inclusions from a distance they seem to have a milky or slightly pinkish look. Another young man who had no previous knowledge of Lemurians purchased on and a few weeks later returned and a described an intense experience he had with beams of blue light when he took it diving in the ocean. We received a shipment of eight last week and at a local festival all were sold except for three. Our supplier had gotten them at a good price, so we kept the prices low in accordance. We selected them by having him hold the stone while we asked is this was stone meant for someone who would connect with us. Prices ranged from $15 for a 5 " tabby to $80 for a 7 " piece that was a laser/scepter/ with and Isis face at tip. Very honestly I didn't want to part with it, but reiki practitioner purchasing it was elated to find it and there was no question it was 'hers'. And that's what were here for. I have another group coming in about a week and if anyone feels intuitively that one of them may be theirs, I will be happy to pendulum test and send a photo if you have a camera phone.
