Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have a metal frame bed and the power cord for my bedside lamp runs underneath the head of my bed. I have great trouble getting to sleep and sleep very restlessly. I know the best thing to do would be to get a wooden bed and remove electrical equipment from my room, but I would like to know if I could use a crystal to help reduce the EMF and help me sleep better. If so, what crystal would be best? And would placing it on my bedside be OK, or should it be placed under the bed? Thanksfor your time, Donna
Guest guest
Hi,Donna, Better yet ditch the metal bed and the power cord. Also look for other geopathic problems as well. Guest guest
Donna, Amazonite is a very good shield against electromagnetic (EM) smog. Some suggestions: - Get an extension for your electrical cord so that it can run under your bed closer to your feet (versus directly under your head). - Place Amazonite on your bedside table between yourself and the lamp. - Place Amazonite under your pillow to directly shield your head (consciousness) from being affected by EM smog. Hopefully, this will help you. If not, perhaps it would be better to move toward the more radical changes that you have suggested.
