Crystal healing is not mentioned specifically, however as written there are definitely situations in which crystals and stones would/could be classed as unproven medical devices or as unproven, illegal, drugs . We do have reason to be concerned as written almost anything including common garden flowers and herbs and even chicken soup could fall under FDA regulation. I would not expect that they would be that ridiculous but the guidances are extremely broad and sets forth an unreasonable requirement standard of scientific proof and research. I am also following another item on the FDA Docket which would alter the " standard of identity " for Chocolate and allow products to be called chocolate even if they had no cocoa butter ( now if it does not have cocoa butter it is called chocolate flavored ). We need to define and focus on desired and positive outcomes for these and other situations . Guest guest Posted April 29, 2007 Report Share Posted April 29, 2007 Hi peggy Yes your right, and I have been so busy the last year I must admit I have not watch dogged issues and things like I usually have done. it has been a long standing issue that is up again, they have if they get it passed we will not have the right to eat and be healthy, even make essences or tinctures, and as far as crystal healing it will only be a matter of time before it will go there too it is a alternative health care issue, and if others are under attack and lost they all will be that is how it works. and for heavens sake a former assistant to the nazi razieme and the death camps is helping work this through, he created the gases used, and he served time for crimes against humanity. they are trying to hoodwink everyone, they are hoping for people to poo hoo this all and think all is well. get informed please please don't let someones (or a group) greed take away our rights. Please make your voices heard Please, Please, Please. Guest guest Posted April 29, 2007 Report Share Posted April 29, 2007 In response to everyone's concern about what the FDA might or might not do I would say this: As people who are working with energy in some form we have a fantastic opportunity to use it in addition to making our voices heard. If energy follows thought then all the fear and anger at the FDA will have an effect and not the one we would like to see. Why not use what we know about energy to visualize a different outcome, a different FDA. I would love to see a concerted effort in a positive vein. I don't think this is a pollyanna attitude nor am I in denial about what might happen. However, having said that I believe that as we grow in consciousness we also have a greater responsibility to walk our talk and learn to shift things energetically. Focusing on all the negative things that might happen can serve pretty effectively to give those things more strength. In no way do I downplay anyone's activism or opinion, I am just offering another way of approaching the situation. We should petition and let our voices be heard (after all that is what our voice is for) and we should meditate on a better outcome. Great activist throughout time have made tremendous strides towards great change. We do not have to use fear or anger or be fearful or angry but rather be mindful in the results and change we wish to see in the world and put forth the action to insure it. When the collective consciousness grows in both senarios the expected change will manifest. Too often action is the forgotten step....Martin Luther King....Gandhi...Emma Goldberg to name a few. Meditation and visualization are wonderful to put our highest intentions into alignment but then it is upon us to take the correct action. It may take less time to affect change when we speak the same language as the ones we are hoping to affect. They may read petitions but do they meditate and are the open to the subtle energy fields of the mediator.? I am a mediator but also curious to know of enough examples where meditation produced the desired effects either alone or in comparison to action. Action with high intention is still God in action. This fight is for more than the usa, Codex is worldwide , they are aligned with the FDA and they have pushed sanctions all over the world. I am sending energy to those who are helping us fight this. and that all who speak up that there will be massive power in the names entered. It is a matter of concern yes, not one we should fear, for truth and right will win out, if we make a stand.
