Guest guest
Hi everyone! I am receiving my first level of Reiki training next week. I've noticed that many people here are masters or have a great interest. Is there any advice or words of wisdom that you could give to someone taking the first steps in this journey? Thank you so very much! Erica in Oregon
Guest guest
Don't have any expectations. Let what happens, happen. Everyone responds to attunements differently. Some have bells and whistles, some don't. Whatever happens be assured that your attunements worked and you got what you needed. Where in Oregon do you live? diosa , " humbletiger23 " <humbletiger wrote: > > Hi everyone! > > I am receiving my first level of Reiki training next week. Guest guest
hi Erica, congratulations on beginning your Reiki journey! here's just a quick tidbit for you, i don't know if this is helpful, since i think everyone's experience is different, but i remember that when i received my level one training and attunement i felt completely physically exhausted for a couple of days, so if that happens to you, just go with it and have no worries. what i've learned through the years with the next levels is that there's really no way to know how your body will respond to the attunements, so try to have no expectations, just be open to whatever you feel. you'll figure out all the rest (the non-physical). namaste, Michelle , " humbletiger23 " <humbletiger wrote: > > Hi everyone! > > I am receiving my first level of Reiki training next week.
