Clear Quartz Grid For Distant Healing

Dear Lyn,

A very simple clear grid to use when sending a distant healing is simply the

triangle, one half of the star of David. The Star of David implies " as above so

below " . but your goal here is sending a healing. Sit in the triangle. You can

do this as you sit on the floor, on a meditaion cushion or in a chair. One

crystal...the main one...can be larger if this happens to be the case, should be

placed in front of you. I always recommend facing the direction , the shortest

distance, between you and the person you are sending the healing to. Remember a

straight line is always the shortest distance. So If you live in Chicago and

are sending healing to someone in France you would face east. If you faced west

you would have to go through China and many other countries first. On the side

of each hip, about six inches behind and about six inches out from the body,

place the other two crystals with their terminations also facing " east " or the

direction of the receiver.

Remember the energy of the healing will always stream out from the c-axis. or

true termination of the crystal in front of you, so be sure you are working with

unpolished quartz, so there is no question as to where the true termination is.

Hope this is helpful,

Dawn Silver

Hi Lyn

One grid that I know uses the antahkarana symbol which you can download from

this link:

http://www.reiki.org/Download/Antahkaranas.pdf

I was taught to use the female symbol. You put 6 small quartz points facing

inwards from the outside points (from each corner of the hexagon), and then

you have a slightly bigger quartz point in the middle which you stand up.

Underneath the middle point you put witnesses, either the person's name, or

a fingerprint on sellotape folded in on itself so it's not sticky.

Then you use a clear quartz wand and charge the grid every day. To do this

you go round in triangles, from the the middle to the outside points (so

you have 6 triangles) and just keep doing this with your healing intention

set, until you feel it is time to stop.

That's the only one I know for distance healing that you do with clear

quartz. Another thing you could do is just hold a clear quartz point (a

transmitter is best) while you sit and send energy to someone.

The only other distant crystal technique I know uses a shekinah dove, and

then you do a crystal healing as normal, so you'd use all manner of crystals

in a session like that.

Hope this is helpful.
