Guest guest
Harnessing The Power Of The Solar Eclipse We are already in the 'window period' when the energies of the (upcoming) eclipse can be felt. This window period encompasses three days before the eclipse, the day of the eclipse and the three days following the eclipse. Some may be picking up the vibrations as early as last week. In the individual sphere, most people have been feeling a 'deep stirring' from within characterized by a tremendous amount of thoughtfulness and introspection as well as vivid dreams. Our attention is being drawn to areas of life/self that needs healing, nurturing, transformation and release. It is wise to take note and pay close attention to insights and issues revealed to you during the course of this cycle. A solar eclipse is a super-energized new moon - time for new beginnings and planting the symbolic seeds of your intentions. It is a very powerful time for releasing the old and welcoming new energies in our life. Energy we consciously set into motion during this eclipse period will stick on us within a period of 12 months. This solar eclipse in 29 degree Virgo is still associated with Neptune-Saturn Opposition and Pluto's reunion with the Galactic Center. It is preceded by the autumnal equinox. Here are some suggested ways to help tune-in and harness the available energies: 1. Drink lots of water to help the body flush toxins. A concoction made from lemon grass leaves is also a good detoxifying drink. 2. Spend more time in meditation. This will help you gain clarity and make you more receptive to incoming insights and energies. 3. Record your insights and dreams. Ritual For Release Write down on a piece of paper things you wish to let go. This may be a habit, a relationship, an idea, a job or a state of mind (or negative emotions). Take time to reflect on the importance of releasing 'them' in your life. Do these things impede your personal growth? Do these things prevent you from experiencing wholeness and the richness of life? Are they aligned to your higher purpose/calling? Fold the paper and put it in between your hands in prayer position. Imagine a golden-white light descending into your crown flowing through your spine and into your hands. Ask your Higher self and the Cosmos to guide and help you let go of these things. Burn the paper in a cauldron (or any heat-proof container) and affirm to yourself that you have successfully released them from your life. You may also want to adapt the Tibetan Buddhist's Releasing Life Ceremony which involves the release of animals into the wild. Ritual For Welcoming New Energies Write down on a piece of paper things you wish to manifest in your life. It is wise to reflect if these things are essential in our growth and personal development. Fold the paper and put it in between your hands in prayer position. Imagine a golden-white light descending into your crown flowing through your spine and into your hands. Ask your Higher self and the Cosmos to guide and help you manifest your intentions. Recite words of affirmations or sacred chants for several times. I personally recommend the mantra OM MANI PE ME HUNG. Put some dried ginger root or powdered cinnamon bark inside the piece of paper (herbs to amplify the energy. Of course this is optional). Burn the paper or bury it on the ground. Light & Love, Ishilta http://manggagaway-cenrtral.blogspot.com Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.
