Dearest Dawn Silver,

 

Wonderful advice - I do use the crystals as you suggest with one point in and

one point out, and I use Reiki on the crystals which creates a lovely energy.

And it just so happens that one of my friends will be returning from Europe

tomorrow and she purchased for me more single crystal terminators which I also

haven't been able to get here in Malaysia (the smaller unpolished ones) which I

plan to use in a crystal grid to send distance Reiki - so I will have more

points to use, and when she comes to visit she will be able to put the points at

my feet as you suggest.

 

Rose Quartz also will go into my " hospital kit " .
