Sometimes something might come unstuck and I'd just glue it back in place for the person who had bought it, if they brought it back to me. I'd use a quick setting formula if you're just going to do a piece or two at a time. The main thing is that everything must be squeaky clean! Always wipe your parts down with a little rubbing alcohol and dry with a soft cloth. You may then apply the glue, a little to both pieces, or just to one if they fit well together and then prop things, or tape them in place until set. When I was mass producing, I used children's modeling clay spread out on a piece of board that I had then nailed a picture frame type quarter round molding to.
