Trying to loss weight after having 3rd child to Liz

Hi, Folks. I too am new to this group. I have to say that I've not

been signed up with a group that seems to be soooo sincere and willing

to be of service to other members. I'm so glad to be part of such a

group. Now, with all that being said....I too would like some help by

using and learning about the healing aids and support from the group

members. I'm 62 years old so I would need a crash course to learn

about this new path. It's just that I would love to live what years I

have left feeling at peace with myself and others. I need to loose 80

to 90 pounds and I want to feel healthy and alive. So, I'm open to

most anything except maybe standing on my head. Let me know if it's

possible to teach an ol' dog new tricks.
