Guest guest
Hi, I have had chronic pain since 1959 resulting a brachial plexus injury. After exploring many, many alternatives including crystal therapy, would like advise on gemstones known for particular problems on pain. Have recently purchased green rutile crystals and plan to place these at certain chakra points with tape, with a view to reducing pain. Any suggestions welcome. love Martin
Guest guest
I'd say pick up all kinds of crystals that you find lovely to look at too, because it's kind of how they speak to you to be bought and used... then meditate with them regularly as and when you feel like it is good too. That method is quite good too, i read through literature i found. Eva
Guest guest
Hi Martin, I always use malachite and or smokey quartz for pain. Just get a comfortable piece to wrap in place and maybe alternate them. The coolness of the stone itself can really take away pain. That is some long-term pain. If you have a Chiropractor/Naprapath in your area you may want to ask them about cold laser therapy for pain. If you have insurance it is covered. Also if there is scar tissue damage you can do this Edgar Cayce Therapy with the Palma Christa, which is castor oil. Get it from the Health Food Store or the Cayce Institute. Pour it on cotton or wool flannel and place it over the Brachial Plexus. then put a heating pad over that for an hour and let it soak in( you may want to put a light kitchen towel between the two). Do this for 5 days on and then a few days off. Castor Oil is rich in enzymes and can eat up and increase pliability to scar tissue damage. If the weather is really hot by you then forget the heat until it cools down. Let me know where you are from as I travel alot. If in your neighborhood...I am a Naprapath and do treatments.
