About 2 months ago I had a cold, a mild one. Since then I have lost most, but

not all, of my sence of smell & taste. I would be most grateful for any

sugjestions for healing crystals, herbs, vitamins, other healing therapies and

or ideas on the mind, body connections as to the cause my thoughts have on

this dis-ease within me. With Blessings. Peace, Lola

In addition to the suggestions using quartz and eucalyptus ... mint tea can

also assist with giving sinus relief.

I would also suggest a trip to your family doc. It is always possible there

is something more going on then just the *mild cold* ... allergies perhaps.

Crystal and herbal healing should always be used in conjunction with trained

medical professions. My family doc is very much aware of my preference to use

more natural healing methods first where that is appropriate.

Blessings to your eves all and have a safe and happy holiday weekend.

Dear Lola,

Try placing a quartz crystal on your sinus cavity and just relax for about

15-30 mins. a day and also boil some Eucaliptus and breath in the steam deeply

for about 15 mins a day. You should start feeling better in no time.

With Crystal Love,

Vanessa
