charts and corresponding stones

My curiousity has been stirred by the astrology/native interpretation

of stones. I've read Sun Bear, Mary Summer Rain, and Kenneth Meadows,

which give a lot of info on the stones of each sign, but nothing that

relates to exactly how that plays out in your chart. What would make

Venus strong in chart? Can someone direct me to some helpful resources?

Also, I keep having dreams about my chart being set up as a grid inside

a medicine wheel. There are " helper " stones which rest next to my

charts stones, which change from time to time. Would you take this as

something to be built? Perhaps for meditation purposes? Or take it as

sign that those energies are there supporting you? Perhaps both? Any

insight would be greatly appreciated. ~Kat

Hi Kat,

The native astrology is different but it is based on the energies of the signs

and not the months so it is more personal to the energy of you sun phase. To

find out the specifics in a chart you could go to a jyotish, one who does

eastern astrology, or it can as well be interpreted by a western chart as many

of the planetary configurations will be the same..ei, conjunctions, oppositions,

squares and trines between planets. Before going to an astrologer I would ask

them if that is something they read when doing a reading. You can learn this

yourself but it is quite a study to undertake. I do this but this avenue is for

the purpose of sharing info and not to solicit so you would have to contact me

aside from here.

 

As for constructing your chart mandala via medicine wheel systems...it is

awesome...and clearly based on intuitive aspects in relation to where you

are...I am with you on that. Go for it.
