Distance Reiki

Hello! My name is Karen. I have been reading this group for quite

sometime. I am a beginner with MUCH to learn. I have a collection of

stones and crystals in which I am trying to attune to. I learn much

from this group and am looking forward to learning and attuning

much much more.

I would love to receive distance Reiki healing. I am in the process

of quitting smoking and also need to lose some weight. Even though I

am working out at Curves 3 days a week and trying to watch my diet, I

can't seem to shed an ounce. I also have pain in my left knee and

upper back. Any help from anywhere would be more than greatly

appreciated!

I am in awe of every one of you and cannot wait until I could actually

contribute to this group, rather than just be an observer.
