How to Make Gemstone Water

Hello -

I picked up a really nice little book a couple of days ago, Healing

Crystals and Gemstones, by Dr. Flora Peschek-Bohmer and Gisela

Schreiber. In many of the descriptions of the stones it is recommended

to drink water infused with the stone. How do I make this, there are

no instructions given as far as I have seen. Do I just put a stone in

a glass of clean water and let sit overnight?

Thanks,

Jean

Thanks. I knew there was something in the files on elixirs, I don't

know why I was thinking gemstone water would really be something

different, it just doesn't have the preservative in it!

Oops, sorry, don't know how I ended up with both URLs the same. Here's the

Not only are some stones/crystals toxic (and need an alternate method for

healing waters) but some can also dissolve in water (Halite is a form of salt

....

pink halite has very soft calming energies and I learned that hard way in my

early years during cleansing ... you don't rinse dirt off halite ... LOL !!!)

Blessings to your week all.
