Guest guest
Hello - I picked up a really nice little book a couple of days ago, Healing Crystals and Gemstones, by Dr. Flora Peschek-Bohmer and Gisela Schreiber. In many of the descriptions of the stones it is recommended to drink water infused with the stone. How do I make this, there are no instructions given as far as I have seen. Do I just put a stone in a glass of clean water and let sit overnight? Thanks, Jean
Guest guest
Read this: http://pjentoft.com/f-28-gemelixir.html And be sure to read this: http://pjentoft.com/f-28-gemelixir.html as some stones can be toxic. --Martha Jean <jfish1754 wrote: Hello - I picked up a really nice little book a couple of days ago, Healing Crystals and Gemstones, by Dr. Flora Peschek-Bohmer and Gisela Schreiber. Guest guest
Thanks. I knew there was something in the files on elixirs, I don't know why I was thinking gemstone water would really be something different, it just doesn't have the preservative in it! Guest guest
Thank you Martha. If I'm going to get started dabbling in these things, this is very good to know! Jean
