These are indeed challenging times for many with new frequencies shifts coming

into the planet every week. With the recent March eclipses, solar flares and

photon belt (around the earth) shifts, many have been expriencing low energy,

confusion, disorientation, memory loss, imbalance, high stress, and overall more

anxiety due to current planetary changes and current distressing media coverage

of " challenging times. " The Ascended Masters and Cosmic Hosts want to

alleviate these stresses and lift spirits, reminding all that " this too shall

pass. " Remember, the third dimension is truly illusion and we are collectively

ascending very quickly to higher vibrational frequencies. This year, 206 is

known as the pivotal year in which major shifts are taking place such that by

the end of the year, we will have accelerated in our vibrations and spiritual

gifts 500 times or more. Light is prevailing on earth and much progress has

been made for the full implementation of " new

earth. " The old remnants of archaic thinking and doing are dissolving. We are

all integrating into our multidimensional reality.

 

It is important to connect with nature daily or as often as possible and spend

time swimming in water or walking in nature to stay grounded and balanced. Salt

water or salt baths are especially helpful to integrate the new energies. The

Masters say this is a time of sharing and assisting each other through the

intense times and remembering that as you shift into higher levels of lightbody,

it is natural to experience disorientation at times. We must be strong and

inspirational for others who do not understand these shifts.

 

Each week in the St. Germain Teleconfs, powerful transmissions come through

from many Ascended and Angelic Hosts in addition to the Lemurian Councils and

InterGalactic Councils to assist all on the call and their loved ones through

integration as well as assisting the planet as a whole. Their beautiful

messages are directly guided to assist those on the call and to be passed on to
