Guest guest Posted March 1, 2006 Report Share Posted March 1, 2006 I posted a question over a week ago asking for help on what I should do about a smoky quartz cluster I purchased. If I needed to clear it or not since it was from a large store, and how should I do it. I never received any help. Either my post was ignored, or no one wanted to help. I thought this would be the perfect place to ask for help, but so far I may be wrong. If there is a better place for me to go to ask for help, please let me know. I love smokey Quartz as it is one that helps you to ground, learn grounding and helps strengthen your grounding. If I am down on my energy levels and need help grounding while working on a client, I wear my smokey. I like to place stones in a dark area with soft or gentle music that resonates what the stones properties help with. also you can focus energy to clear it, or place it in a dark area for a while. Stone energy is relatively easy to work with in my opinion, no need to reinvent the wheel. There are many different beliefs in how to cleanse a stone, steer clear of salts and methods involving chemicals as they can damage the stone. There self cleansing crystals such as Citrine for example. There are many different ways of cleansing crystals and i would suggest you buy a book called " the crystal bible " by Judy Hall. I have many crystal books but this is the one i use the most. She has got an updated one out as well. Hope that is of some help to you.
