I've found that haematite is useful in back pain (if it's kidney zone

related - as is carnelian for this area). Also, Preseli Bluestone is

great for anything relating to joint issues which includes the spinal

zone.

 

For breasts I love the pink stones eg rose quartz (to love our breasts

and ourselves), pink calcite (gentle) and moonstone (since our breasts

respond to our hormonal cycles).

 

I don't know what your breast pain relates to but obviously make sure

you check your breast tissue on a regular basis (and give them love)

and you may find herbs such as nettle tea are good (help menstrual

cycle hormones). Also the EFAs (essential fatty acids) are good so

ensure you have an adequate intake of these in your diet eg through

flax seed, fish oils if you're not vegetarian etc as these can also

help alleviate pain issues.
