Guest guest
Hello all, I hope you all had a wonderfull holiday whatever you may celebrate. I have a lil situation that i cannot seem to get over with vitamins, juices or herbs. I am about 5 months pregnant and am on 2 prenatals a night i drink about 2-3 glasses of juice aday, but yet i cannot get up and do anything with out having to sit for a few hours and than maybe be able to do something. I have tried Carnelian, Amethyst, Malecite, Hematite, and Kynite. These are just some of the major ones i have tried to carry on me during the day or meditate with, but nothing is seeming to help. I am not terrable worried, but i would like my life back because i am trying to start a company from my home and i have to lil ones to take care of too. If you have any information i would love to hear it, I am at a loss. Love and light Liz PS: Thank you to those you helped with the name of the company, i am still desiding on that name. But on a good note on my first holiday run, i was on a corner of the street and made $85 and had to spend $60 to fix the car so all happens for reasons. Guest guest
Hi Liz Have you looked at a colloidal mineral supplements, without the right amount of mineral intake, the vitamins you take will not be as effective. I have much information that you may be interested in. And also, being pregnant with small children as well, getting rid of as many chemicals in the home is a great idea and much more energy will come out of getting rid of normal household cleaners and personal care & cosmetics. I also have a lot of info re: all of this and would love to share it with you. If you would like further info, please email me personally with your phone number or I will give you mine, whichever is best for you. Guest guest
New here. Just think that if you are that tired you should get yourself checked over by a midwife or other healthcare professional and have a blood check too (could be B vitamins or iron). Personally, I'm very suspicious of some of the vitamin/mineral supplements because I believe that they are not the best way for the body to absorb these essentials and during pregnancy I think it is possible to take on imbalances (ie. have too much of some). Also, if the juice is not self-juiced then there is quite a lot of recent information that pre- purchased juice is detrimental to health because it's pasteurised etc and virtually attacks the insides with acidity. Susun Weed has a lot of helpful information at her herbal site. I personally utilised pink calcite, blue lace agate, moonstone and Preseli Bluestone during my own pregnancy but I must admit I was able to relax more (no other children although was working full-time).
