I've had problems with my sinus, eye, ear, cheek, and teeth on the

right side of my face now for over a month. I'm trying to address the

problem through a more natural path. Is there a crystal that could

help me with the symptoms? If so, how would you suggest utilizing it

please?

Hello, Paula,

Ouch! Of course, use what you like and disregard the rest.

I like smithsonite for clearing sinuses, it works just like that for me each

time. I would lie down on my back and place the smithsonite on my face over the

area of blockage.

Blue Kyanite might also be of assistance, it will align the energy centers--one

simply needs to hold it.

Would you think there is an energy blockage involved? I feel that may be the

case, if so, elestial crystals might work with you to clear the blockage.

The last idea that occurs is to take a single-terminated crystal and hold the

" flat " area at the solar plexus and the point away from the body, that tends to

move energy up and out of the crystal.

One generally affirms that the energy is going toward the light and becoming

recycled for use by the universe.

Love, Light and Blessings to us all, Diana

I don't know what crystal to suggest. Possibly calcite, in elixir form, because

the calcium in it relates to our bones and teeth. I just want to slip in a

cautionary note: whatever you do, please do be sure to do something to get rid

of the infection left in your body. I'm pretty well convinced that my ten (so

far) years of fibromyalgia started with a combination of sinusitis and abcessed

teeth. The pain was so bad I think it affected my nervous system, and the

lingering infection caused all sorts of problems. My health hasn't been the same

since but it wasn't for years that I realized the connection.

Not crystal-related, but as a therapist I urge you to seek out a

cranio-sacral therapist. Very gentle physical realignment of bone

rhythms and some energy work, used in combination with any stone

work you may care to do should help... Upledger.com has a locater

for practitioners. Sending you for the greatest good of all

concerned.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have been to the doctor, eye doctor,

and now dentist. As far as they can tell, I don't have an infection and I don't

have a tooth abscess. The dentist thinks that my problems with my sinuses and

all of the other symptoms are from TMJ and I'm seeing a specialist soon. The

dentist said that he can see evidence of me grinding my teeth and clenching my

jaw which can produce all the symptoms of the sinus pain, cheek pain, etc. He's

given me muscle relaxers to use in the interim until I can get fitted for a

mouth gard. The pain and other symptoms have improved, so I'm inclined to think

he is correct.
