Guest guest
Hello all For me personally I follow a different path and glean additional knowledge as I go in my journey, as I believe many of us do. (I think I need to go back and read all the threads regarding Dave's comments, I have obviously missed something) All of us have different paths to traverse, and we are given different options and ideas on the way it is for us to research and study and decide for ourselves the best methods to use and share. I know many people who smudge and I am do that as well, You burn an herb to help purify the energy around you with smoke. I use aromatherapy, I use massage , I use gem elixirs, I use many paths to help me, my family and others, on our journey. Now I have noticed during some high energy times especially where so many forget to or don't know how to ground that they take all the stress and tension around them, onto themselves. Our bodies are not designed to hold on to such energy, I also believe that there are many evil influences out there and they celebrate when we loose focus on our energies and lash out. When we lash out at others or even at ourselves, we help to build more evil, bad energy in our hearts and soul. contention is not good. I have people who treat me very badly, or start a lecture on how it is evil to work with stones and gems and to smudge and so on and so forth. Life my friends is so short, and there are so many different paths we can take. Ultimately we are here to build and help one another not tear one another down, when we do that we start loosing our abilities and our focus. 1. What about stones that have been polished?...surely they endure more > damage in that process. > 2. What about when they are mined?...they must be broken off of their > matrix...what about that? > 3. How far wouuld you like to go?...maybe they shouldnt even be removed > from the earth? > > What about the river, what about earthquakes, what about all the times throughout history that stones have been used in a specific way, many different ways. I have some people who are so adamant the the stone be in its natural raw form and never shaped or polished of cut /broken in any manner. I feel differently, just as we have many paths to go, so do the stones. what about the perfect point that has cracks internally, it is a good friend to someone who has been abused and has inner trauma. what about the wand that breaks when it is being used on someone, it was meant to be shared with that person. I have some stones that have cracks and severe imperfections, I have some that are perfect looking, I have some raw and some polished and some polished in the river, some carved and some faceted. They all have their place, and all have their needs. I have a few that have broke while I have had them on them. Just as there is a time and a season for all of us, It is stated " there is a time and a purpose for everything under heaven " , please note the EVERYTHING under heaven. In all of my training I have learned there is no one way to do anything, and to think one way is bad or unacceptable allows us to think like most modern doctors, and push everything else away. That one way that we might push away might be something we need to grow and heal ourselves or others. we must research and meditate and seek an inner answer to what we believe and what will work best for us. If we don't feel one way will not work for us, even if we don't feel comfortable with it, then don't follow that path. Our journey here is so short, it isn't worth tearing one persons methods or any methods that anyone finds useful. There are so many paths to travel , lets not block all the roads so we have to back up to find an opening. We have all come so far, this world and journey is intended to be filled with the the lords love and light and for us to share it. I hope and pray all of you have the most blessed of holidays and that your Christmas may be filled with the most profound love and peace imaginable. Hey guys don't forget the reason for the season! -- Have a Happy and Keep Smiling TTFN Angelina Thelin
