Guest guest
I mostly lurk here and don't often post, but I have an urgency I hope some of you might be able to help with. my sister in law, Pam, gave birth to her 4th child this morning, her first son. He is 11+ pounds and it was a very hard birth. She's still bleeding heavily and the child, Connor, is in ICU - I don't know why, I'm getting my information 2nd hand through my mother who is, naturally, distraught. They're in Grande Prairie Alberta, and I'm stuck here in BC... Any prayers or energy or well-wishes would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much. Guest guest
Thank you All! Pam has finally been released from hospital, her uterus is finally resolving itself, and Connor is doing well too, although they are still holding him for tests and observation. Because he is so large (and I would think they must have other reasons too) they are concerned about diabetes and some other dysfunctions, but unfortunately I don't have much concrete information. My brother is passing information through my mother. She's thankfully out of panic mode herself, but she doesn't write this stuff down! Thank you *everyone* for all your help, I have no doubt that all the Energy is why Pam and Connor are doing so well today... not completely out of the woods, but much much better. Thank You! Guest guest
Kate, New to the group but wanted to send along good wishes for Pam and Connor too. I've had my share of large babies (6 in all, 3 alone in the 10.5 - 11.5 pound range and one that was a 5-week " preemie " at over 8 pounds. All are fine with no problems with diabetes. Hold good thoughts. Lyse - Dragonswife Tuesday, December 06, 2005 12:15 PM Re: [CrystalHW] Re: Request for good thoughts Thank you All!
