Which crystal to stop smoking!

HI Crystal people,

 

I have been reflecting on the emails for a long time now, and i would like

to post my first message! I wonder whether other people share this problem, I

have been a non-smoker for two years after quitting, but due to major upheavle

in my life, i have recently taken it up again, i was wondering whether

anyone know of a crystal, or concoction of crystals will help with this

problem.

Please keep me in your healing wishes so the cause for my addiction may be

cleared! And so I won't find the need to smoke ever again! I hope you'll give

some good advise!

Drucilla, My best hopes and wishes for your success at quitting. Bravo for you

for trying to quit. I know it's a difficult task especially when stressed.

Get an amethyst small enough to fit under your tongue, when the urge hits or you

find yourself reaching for a smoke, pop that stone under your tongue and leave

it there til the urge passes.

I'd also recommend an amethyst choker or necklace. If you don't have a small one

then hold a larger one in your hand and rub it til you no longer crave a smoke.

Amethyst helped me quit and I haven't wanted a smoke in 9 years.
