Playing with Prana

 

On the next PPM Audio Stream meditation we will feature Alice Domingues from

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

 

She has written several books about Pranic Healing for children.

 

Playing with Prana is a project designed to share with children, the Teachings

of our Beloved Master Choa Kok Sui.

 

This project was started with an aim to activate the potential of children by

placing them into conscious contact with the vital energy or prana in an

environment of fun and joy through a game.

 

During the course, children are brought to practice breathing and physical

exercises that stimulate their vital energy and intelligence. They also learn to

feel, measure, and direct energy to improve various aspects of life. In

addition, the children come in conscious contact with the energy of love, and

learn how to distribute love to themselves, their families, friends and to

Mother Earth.

 

They are also taught to make choices by using an " energy ruler " , which is used

to measure the various possibilities of their own choices. It's an accurate

device that allows them to detect how good or bad their choices will be.

 

After holding several courses for children in different areas of Rio de

Janeiro, Brazil, and more than ten years of experience, with very rich and

interesting results, their project is now starting a new stage and is offering

courses for instructors of Playing with Prana, so that we will be able to expand

this work to more children.

 

The first course for instructors was done during a meeting in the Ashram of

Grand Master in India where it was introduced to Pranic Healers from different

countries. Now we also have plans to hold these instructor courses in Europe.

 

With the continued intention of spreading the Teachings of Master Choa to

children, we also have three books that were fully approved by Him.

 

The first book, " Playing with Prana - The Planet Energy " , talks about Prana, the

second, " Playing with Prana - The Man Energy " , talks about the chakras and the

third " Playing with Prana - The Rainbow Universe " , talks about the colors.

 

All of the books are in full color with images well suited to the world of

children.

 

These books are available in Portuguese, English and German.

 

We really believe that by creating a deep understanding of the significance of

energy in even very young children, they will become special people, more loving

and compassionate.

 

The results we've seen from our experiences of this project, made both with

children from poor communities and with children from more privileged classes,

showed a tendency of very visible behavioral changes. Obviously with continuity,

these experiences can radically change the lives of these children.
