Diabetes Type 2 , heart problem , leucoderma, mental fears and confusion

Atma Namaste,

 

A family member aged 66yrs (male) has diabetes type 2 since 20 yrs (his

sugar levels keep fluctuating very often). HE got stents put in his

heart valves 10 yrs ago when he had a heart attack.

Past 6 months he has developed leucoderma on his left foot.

He has a very fearful disposition and is very confused and is

developing memory loss. How should I proceed in treating all these

ailments?

Please advise.
