Hypothroidism and twitching of right eye

Atma Namaste,

 

My Mother has hypothyroidism since 4 yrs and has a problem of twitching

in right eye since 20 yrs (bright lights affect it more)She has had

acute nasal allergies for the better part of her life.

 

Please advise how to proceed with her healings
