Guest guest
I don't know about that one but I have this one: The Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse Eat a light breakfast of fruit. 2 p.m. begin fasting 6-p.m. mix 4 T of Epsom Salt in 3 C water (use good bottled water, not tap if possible) drink ¾ C of mixture 8 p.m. make mixture and drink ¾ C of mixture 10 p.m. drink 4oz of extra virgin olive oil mixed with 4oz lemon juice. Go to bed and lie on your right side with your knees drawn up to your chest for at least 20 minutes (30 minutes is best). Just relax and breathe. 6 a.m. make mixture and drink ¾ C of mixture 8 a.m. make mixture and drink ¾ C of mixture 10 a. m. drink fresh vegetable juice Noon you eat a nice salad. Be sure to be near the bathroom, as your body will flush out bright green stones through your stool throughout the morning and into the early afternoon. Maybe for several days. Also you might not get the stones the first time you try this. You can repeat this cleanse several times as necessary. Remember to talk to your doctor before hand and if you can’t fast I am not sure what happens. But if you get hungry by all means do eat. Your cells need nourishment. Also drink at least 80oz of water every day. More if you can. jodi2112 <jodi2112 Sunday, April 22, 2007 4:42:28 PM RE: Liver cleansing Hi what is the amount of maple syrup and cayenne pepper used. Guest guest
Hi, Milk thistle (silymarin) and lecithin (phosphatidyl choline) work well together and some research has shown that the effect of silymarin is improved when incorporated in lipsomal formulations which include lecithin as opposed to being ingested alone (Abrol et al 2005) (Buzzelli et al 1993) (El-Samaligy et al 2006). ------ References: Abrol S, Trehan A, Katare OP (2005) Comparative study of different silymarin formulations: formulation, characterisation and in vitro/in vivo evaluation.
