Atma namaste, Dear All,

Can you please advise and share a protocol for following condition.

Client, female, 40 years old, has a high enzyme status, for 3 months, especially

liver enzymes and CPK enzyme (creatine phosphokinase) which is risen on value

3173 (upper limit is 173).

As I understood it is connected and affecting the heart, brain, and skeletal

muscle. MD's opinion is that this result may drive to tissue deterioration and

damage.

She does not have any physical manifestations, she is feeling very good and

healthy.

Thank you so much for your help.

Blessings to you,

Elena

===================================================

Dearest Elena,

A Loving Atma Namaste!

The PHQandA Team regrets the delays that have been occurring on

PHQandA. However, the QandA Team has been formed and we are committed to doing

the necessary research to answer your questions.

This task is rather heavy due to the enormous backlog of questions

asked over such a long period of time that were unanswered. However, we are now

working through them and will continue to do our best to provide you with both

medical information and Pranic Healing Protocols for the various diseases and

conditions you are presenting to us.

With Loving Blessings,

Regarding CPK Enzyme

ENZYMES

Enzyme systems constitute an essential component of life for humans,

animals, plants, and all micro-organisms. They can only be formed from

organic living matter.

1. Enzymes are required for the proper and normal functioning of every

organ system. They direct, accelerate, modify, or retard all body functions.

2. Enzymes serve as the body's labor force to perform every single function

required for our daily activities and are required to keep us alive.

3.They are responsible for all of the functions of every organ system in

our bodies.

4.They are most important in supporting our body defenses and immune system

to protect us from harmful forces and specific dangers to our health.

5. We require enzymes not only to eat, digest, and absorb our nutrients,

but also to see, hear, smell, taste, breathe, and move.

6. Enzymes are required for our blood and coagulation system,

cardiovascular functions, kidneys, liver, elimination of toxic products,

excretion, reproduction, etc.

7. They help to build new cells and tissues as needed, and to remove waste

as required.

8.Together with the immune cells and mediators, they help to destroy

harmful elements, such as infections, pollution, carcinogens, and other

noxious agents that develop within our bodies, either as a result of our

own metabolism, or from exposure, ingestion, inhalation, administration,

etc. They elliminate early cancerous cells developing in the body.

9. They are essential for repairing damaged tissues, controlling excessive

inflammation, inducing proper fluidy in our blood which prevents abnormal

coagulation, and many more functions. They perform their functions as

biocatalysts that are not used up in their labor, but are able to break

down the substances required by the body (nutrients, trace elements, body

proteins, damaged tissues, etc.), and then use and reuse the breakdown

components as building blocks for all our needs.

Enzymes are catalysts. Biochemists have described them as the " body's

labor force " or " the life energy " of all organisms. When enzyme activity

stops, life stops and the person or organism dies!

Creatine kinase (CK), also known as creatine phosphokinase (CPK) or

phospho-creatine kinase or sometimes wrongfully also creatinine kinase, is an

enzyme (EC 2.7.3.2) expressed by various tissues and cell types. CK catalyses

the conversion of creatine and consumes adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to create

phosphocreatine and adenosine diphosphate (ADP). This CK enzyme reaction is

reversible, such that also ATP can be generated from PCr and ADP.

In tissues and cells that consume ATP rapidly, especially skeletal muscle, but

also brain, photoreceptor cells of the retina, hair cells of the inner ear,

spermatozoa and smooth muscle, phosphocreatine serves as an energy reservoir for

the rapid buffering and regeneration of ATP in situ, as well as for

intracellular energy transport by the phosphocreatine shuttle or circuit. Thus

creatine kinase is an important enzyme in such tissues.

Clinically, creatine kinase is assayed in blood tests as a marker of myocardial

infarction (heart attack), rhabdomyolysis (severe muscle breakdown), muscular

dystrophy, and in acute renal failure.

Types

In the cells, the " cytosolic " CK enzymes consists of two subunits, which can be

either B (brain type) or M (muscle type). There are, therefore, three different

isoenzymes: CK-MM, CK-BB and CK-MB. The genes for these subunits are located on

different chromosomes: B on 14q32 and M on 19q13. In addition to those three

cytosolic CK isoforms, there are two mitochondrial creatine kinase isoenzymes,

the ubiquitous and sarcomeric form. The functional entity of the latter two

mitochondrial CK isofroms is an octamer consisting of four dimers each.

While mitochondrial creatine kinase is directly involved in formation of

phospho-creatine from mitochondrial ATP, cytosolic CK regenerate ATP form ADP,

using PCr. This happens at intracellular sites where ATP is used in the cell,

with CK acting as an in situ ATP regenerator.

Isoenzyme patterns differ in tissues. CK-BB occurs mainly in tissues, and its

levels do rarely have any significance in bloodstream. Skeletal muscle expresses

CK-MM (98%) and low levels of CK-MB (1%). The myocardium (heart muscle), in

contrast, expresses CK-MM at 70% and CK-MB at 25–30%. CK-BB is expressed in all

tissues at low levels and has little clinical relevance.

Functions

The mitochondrial creatine kinase (CKm) is present in the mitochondrial

intermembrane space, where it produces Phosho-Creatine (PCr) from

mitochondrially-generated ATP and imported creatine (Cr) from the cytosol. Apart

from the two mitochondrial CK isoenzyme forms, that is, ubiquitous mtCK (present

in non-muscle tissues) and sarcomeric mtCK (present in sarcomeric muscle, there

are three cytosolic CK isoforms present in the cytosol, depending on the tissue.

Whereas MM-CK is expressed in sarcomeric muscle, that is, skeletal and cardiac

muscle, MB-CK is expressed in cardiac muscle, and BB-CK is expressed in smooth

muscle and in most non-muscle tissues. Mitochondrial mtCK and cytosolic CK are

connected in a so-called PCr/Cr-shuttle or circuit. PCr generated by mtCK in

mitochondria is shuttled to cytosolic CK that is coupled to ATP-dependent

processes, e.g. ATPases, like acto-myosin ATPase for muscle contraction, or ion

pumps, like the calcium pump for muscle relaxation. There, the bound cytosolic

CK is accepting the PCr shuttled through the cell and converts it to ATP, thus

regenerating the ATP used as energy source by the ATPases in situ, where CK is

associated intimately with the ATPases, forming a functionally coupled

microcompartment. Thus PCr is not only an energy buffer but also a cellular

transport form of energy between subcellular sites of energy (ATP) production

(mitochondria and glycolysis) and those of energy utilization (ATPases).

PRANIC HEALING:

solar plexus chakra.

4. Energize the solar plexus with a little of LWB

then with more of LWG and LWO.

5. Localized sweeping on the front, back and sides of

the lungs.

6. Energize the lungs through the back of the lungs

with LWG then with LWO for 15 minutes. Point your

fingers away from the patient's head when energizing

RECOMMEND:

1. Regular proper practice of the Meditation on Twin

Hearts unless there are other medical or health

conditions that do not permit the practice of the

Meditation.

2. Eat more fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and take

proper amounts of fresh water daily.

3. Limit intake of food with animal fat, wheat and

cheese.

4. Regular physical exercise.
