We are pleased to announce a new approach in responding to Questions submitted to this group. This has been done due to numerous reported requests that have not received a response. When entering the site for the first time in several years, we have noted over 600 pending mails. Therefore, after due consideration - a new PHQandA Team has been formed to process your questions & to answer your mails The PHQandA Team pledges to review these mails as rapidly as possible and to give you responses systematically and efficiently.
