scoliosis and painful menstruation

Atma Namaste.

I need a protocol for a 14 year old girl who has mild scoliosis - complains of

back pain and has trouble sitting without back support for long. She also

suffers severe abdominal pain during her menses and often misses school during

those days.

Please advice.

Pranic Healing:

 

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment.

 

2. Instruct the patient proper Pranic Breathing(PB). Ask her to do 12 cycles

before you start the Pranic Healing treatment, then continue PB during

treatment.

 

3. General sweeping twice with LWG.

 

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra and the

liver. Energize the solar plexus chakra with LWG , LWB and ordinary LWV. Apply

more localized thorough sweeping on the solar plexus.

 

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the spine alternately with LWG and LWO. Do not

apply O on the head, near it or anywhere higher than the neck.

 

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected part of the spine alternately

with LWG and LWO. Energize it with LWR.

 

Apply more localized sweeping on the affected part.

 

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra. Energize it with LWR,

simultaneously visualize the energy making the spine straight.

 

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the sex chakra alternately with LWg and LWO.

 

Rescan. Continue sweeping and rescanning alternately until the energy is clean

and stable before energizing. Energize the sex chakra with W.

 

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel chakra. Energize it with W.

 

10. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

 

11. Repeat treatment three times per week especially 3 days before menstruation.

 

 

Supplementary: For patient

 

a. Regular proper practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts including the

physical exercises before and after the meditation.

 

b. Avoid all forms of negative thoughts, emotions, activities, environment and

unnecessary stress.

 

c. Do slow deep abdominal Pranic Breathing for 5 minutes, daily especially when

experiencing stress.
