Weight Control and Strengthening the Legs after Polio

Dear Dinesh,

Provided there are no other medical problems, the following protocol may be

applied for strengthening the legs after polio and weight control.

 

Self Pranic Healing:

 

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment.

 

2. Do slow deep abdominal Pranic Breathing during entire treatment.

 

3. General sweeping twice.

 

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the solar plexus,

throat, secondary throat, and crown chakras using LV

or EV. Cleanse each chakra thoroughly to

remove thought entities and elementals related

to compulsive or over eating.

Energize the chakras with LV or EV to seal any holes or cracks.

 

5. Cleanse and energize the ajna chakra with EV in

order to enhance your will power.

 

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize

through the back heart chakra with a little of LWG then with more of ordinary

LWV.

 

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra and perineum minor chakra.

Energize them with LWR.

 

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the lower abdominal area, the navel and sex

chakras. Energize the navel and basic chakras with LWR.

 

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire length of both legs, the hip

minor, knee m inor and sole minor chakras alternately with LWG and LWO.

Energize the minor chakras with LWR.

 

10. Stabilize and release projected energy.

 

11. Repeat the treatment 3 times per week continuously for the next 3 month or

more.

 

12. Regular practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts. For several minutes

before each practice, energize your positive self image by:

 

a.) visualizing your new stronger, leaner body.

 

b.) saying positive affirmations several times.(examples: " My legs are strong

and healthy. My body is lean strong and healthy. " )

 

c. ) during the blessing portion of the MTH, include your new leaner and

stronger body in your blessings/

 

d.) thinking of yourself positively, lovingly and kindly.

 

 

13. Daily physical exercise at one hour per session.

 

14. Drink proper amounts of clean fresh water in sips

spread out during daily waking hours ( daily:

approximately 1/2 liter per 10 kgs. of body weight).

 

15. Balanced healthy diet to include plenty of fresh

vegetables and fruits. Meals eaten slowly in proper small portions

several times a day. Avoid artificial flavorings,

coloring, overly processed, salty and greasy food.
