Atma Namaste to all:

I'd like to bring up this topic because surely each one of us less

or more

have felt like this at some point.

Despite the fact that we are all blessed and we know we are all

spiritually

one, and are the chosen ones to be receiving guidance from our Grand

master and

all the spiritual helpers coupled with efforts of our own to continue

on our

spiritual path, there are times that we feel nobody other than

ourselves is

experiencing what we go through, which leads to feeling of loneliness or

detachment. This can be a positive or negative thing depending on how we

understand it.

What do you have on this topic? please share...

Thank you

Love Joy and Peace

good afternoon -- i used to be resigned -- " this too shall pass --

things will get better " -- my optimistic stance -- now -- if

i have a tickle in my toe -- or a pain in my shoulder -- i try to

say " thank-you " -- it is me bumping into someone -- or someone

bumping into me -- we are all in this together -- and

gratefully -- no one is alone -- mm

Atma Namaste!

Thats a very good experience,it means you are on the right track to

inner world.

Imagine a Lotus flower,it is detached and lonely.Thats how a yogi

should be.

God bless you.

Atma Namaste,

It is my belief that even though we all know that we are all one

spiritually we are all here experiencing the human life seperately.

We are

all growing and changing. As MCKS teaches this includes time and

mistakes. The human experience has its' challenges. It is the natural

human

way to grow thru adversity. We are blessed to have the teachings to

follow to help us thru this. We are also very blessed that we are all

part

of a large and ever growing group of spiritually like minded peaple to

help us thru any rough patches that may occur. Hopefully there is a

P.H. community near where you live that you can speak with, openly.

If not

create one through starting a meditation group. People like to talk,

most people like to feel as though they can help someone by lending an

ear or a shoulder to cry on or lean on. We all have our experiences, as

we embark on our spiritual path these may come even faster. We all need

to know that this is not happening only to us and we can learn

this by talking and sharing our life stories. Creating an even

stronger bond in our community. We are all one spiritually and we

also need to

be one with one another in the human experience as well. Thank you for

writing your letter. As you probably wanted it to do it has started

the conversation.

Blessings be with you always!
