Medical Background:

 

Blitz-Nick-Salaam Krämpfe AKA West Syndrome

 

The triad of infantile spasms, hypsarrhythmia (a

continuous disorganized pattern of high-voltage slow

waves and spikes), and mental retardation. Onset is

usually between 4 and 7 months of age; boys are more

commonly affected than girls.

 

West syndrome can be separated into a symptomatic

group (in which a specific cause is identified or

other evidence of brain damage is present) and an

idiopathic (unknown) group (in which no evidence of

brain damage or other cause is found). Etiological

(casual) conditions include phenylketonuria, maple

syrup urine disease, leucine-sensitive hypoglycemia

(low blood sugar level), porencephaly (a large piece

of brain missing), rubella, Sturge-Weber syndrome, and

tuberous sclerosis. Signs of brain damage include

preexisting developmental delay, atypical neurological

findings, other types of seizures, and atypical

radiographic findings (e.g., on computed tomography

[CT] scan).

 

The prognosis for infants with West syndrome is poor,

but is better for those without any known etiology

(idiopathic or cryptogenic [with no known etiological

factors] cause). Dr. J. West wrote a letter to the

Lancet in 1841 with the first case description of

infantile spasms in his son.

 

 

Pranic Healing:

 

Color pranas or W prana throughout may be used

depending on the age of the patient and the

proficiency of the healer.

 

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

 

2. Touch your heart with the pads of the fingers of

your passive hand. Smile. Send loving kindness to

the patient for several minutes.

 

3. General sweeping with LWG 2 to 3 times.

 

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the different

sections of the brain, the crown chakra, ajna chakra,

forehead chakra, back head minor chakra, throat

chakra, secondary throat chakra and jaw minor chakras

alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV. Gently and

gradually energize the chakras with LWG-V then with

gold.

 

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire spine

alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV.

 

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra. Gently and gradually energize the heart

chakra through the back heart with LEV.

 

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra. Energize the solar plexus with

LWG, LWB then with more of ordinary LWV.

 

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel chakra.

Energize it with LWR.

 

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the sex and basic

chakras alternately with LWg and ordinary LWO.

Energize with LWR.

 

10. Localized thorough sweeping on the arms and legs

and their minor chakras alternately with LWG and LWO.

Energize the minor chakras with LWR.

 

11. Apply distributive sweeping several times in

front then several times at the back.

 

12. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

 

13. Repeat treatment 3 times a week continuously for

the next several months or until there is substantial

improvement.

 

14. Since the patient is a child, the parents can

assist healing through the regular practice the

Meditation on Twin Hearts and tithing for the patient.
