i am 28years old working in sharjah i had tuberculosis

when i was 22 still i

feel very tired even after a walk or do something

physically to getrid from this

tiredness i joined pranic healing class i did my basic

course from kerala after

that i came to sharjah actually i wanted to do higher

courses is it possible to

give u some good tips to energise fast to getrid from

my tiredness i won't have

proper place to do all our meditation still i accept

energy from park by my

hands i like to know more about to get energise from

my office by doing simple

and easy to do tricks i am looking forward your

helping advice at your earliest.

Daily Practice:

 

Every Morning -

1. Bathe in water with salt.

2. General cleansing.

3. Do Pranic Breathing for 10 cycles or more.

4. Do Superbrain Yoga for 21 cycles.

 

During Office Hours - Physical Recharging

5. Localized cleansing on the solar plexus chakra 30

times or more.

6. Do Pranic Breathing for 10 cycles or more. To

facilitate greater energizing, this may be done

simultaneously with placing the tips of the fingers

or palms of both hands on the solar plexus chakra.

When exhaling, be aware of your entire body.

7. Apply distributive sweeping on the solar plexus

chakra to avoid congestion.

8. Localized sweeping on the navel chakra 30 times.

9. Energize the navel chakra with the palms or tips

of your fingers simultaneously do Pranic Breathing

for 5 to 10 cycles.

10. Stabilize and release projected energy.

 

Steps 5 to 10 may be applied more than once a day.

 

For Mental Recharging -

11. Localized sweeping 30 times each on the: ajna,

forehead, crown chakras, both of the sides of the head

and back head.

12. Curl you fingers and place them on the back of

the head simultaneously do Pranic Breathing 5 to 10

cycles. Be aware of your ajna, forehead, crown, left

and right brain and leftand rght eyes. This

facilitates distribution of the pranic energy to the

different parts of the head.

13. If you feel dizzy or overenergized, apply

sweeping on the head sveral times.

 

After Office hours-

Do physical exercises for about 15 minutes or more.

 

Drink sufficient amounts of fresh water and eat

healthy, nutritionally balanced diet daily. Include plenty of

fresh vegetables and fresh fruits in all your meals.
