MTH and Superbrain for Polycystic Ovarian disease

I am 27 yr old and suffer from polycystic ovarian

disease since the age of 12yr. Can I practice Super

Brain Yoga and the Twin Heart Meditation?

Atma namaste.

 

To gain the most benefits, the Superbrain Yoga and the

Meditation on Twin Hearts may be practiced after

Pranic Healing treatment.

 

Please do them in the following sequence.

 

1. Self Pranic Healing for polycystic ovaries

thoroughly.

 

2. Do the physical exercises before the MTH. Do 36

cycles per step.

 

3. Do the Superbrain Yoga for 14 cycles as the last

exercise.

 

4. Do the Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH)for

psychological well being. This may be alternated with

the practic of the MTH with self healing.

 

5. Do the physical exercises after the MTH.
