Next day I get exhausted. I have done pranic healing. Please guide. Thankyou. ============================= Dear Ajatashatru, Atma namaste. Thank you for your email. Pranic Healing: 1. Practice the Meditation on Twin Hearts including the physical exercises before and after the meditation, once a day. 2. Do Pranic Breathing for 12 cycles or more before and after a meeting. 3. After work: a.) Do light physical exercises, b.) Take salt water bath. c.) Invoke for divine blessings. d.) Do Pranic Breathing simultaneously apply general sweeping. Use a basin with salt water as disposal unit. - Continue Pranic Breathing throughout treatment. - Apply localized sweeping slowly on the front and back solar plexus chakra, basic chakra, head area and the ajna chakra, 5 or more breathing cycles each. - Inhibit the chakra with LB if over activated. e.)
