Guest guest
Namaste from Vienna, Austria! Please would you kindly refer too the above subject: After energizing an affected part of the body with prana, one should not take a shower for 12 hours, sometimes for 24 hours. What about the PH-meditations? They are energizing too!? Do we have to follow the same rules after meditation? This will be important for example, if we do sports after meditation. Thank you very much. Andreas ========================= Dear Andreas, Namaste. Thank you for your email. This recommendation is made in order to allow the body sufficient time to assimilate the projected pranic energy during healing. The time given is an approximation and is also applicable for meditation. A practical schedule of meditation and sports activities may be made so that the energy generated through meditation or received through healing may be asimilated as much as possible. For example: Morning exercises - shower or bath - meditation or pranic healing treatment - light exercises - breakfast. Evening: sports - bath or shower - pranic healing or meditation - light exercises - light dinner.
