Extracted from The Existence of God is Self-Evident,

Sutra 67, Page 100:

 

The soul, its subtle vehicles

and its physical body, must

be given very minute dosages

of intense spiritual energy, of

very minute dosages of oneness

with God. The capacity of

the soul and its vehicles, and

its physical body must be

gradually developed. Too much

intense divine energy, too

much divine oneness may

cause the body to become

sick, to become permanently

damaged or to die.

 

(Note: emphasis in italics added)

 

This means that we need to 'Practice and Master the Teachings' and follow the

schedules for meditation exactly as recommended by our Beloved Teacher, MCKS.

The Arhatic Yoga System of spiritual development as given by MCKS is safe and

will lead to steady spiritual progress.

 

To 'mix' these Teachings with other traditions, or to not follow the

recommendations of the Teacher may contribute to imbalances within your system.
