Request Solution to Stick to Stress Routine

Namaste,

 

I used to practise pranic healing , but I have seen that in

recent years as my stress increases I have an inertia to start healing

or cleansing my own self. This causes a big break in healing and

cleansing routine.

Can someone suggest a solution to this?

The Teacher says that the busier we get, the more we should practice

the Meditation on Twin Hearts. Simple, yet powerful and effective,

not only to enable us to heal, but also for stress relief.
