Feeling overwhelmed

Hi Phqanda

 

I feel a little overwhelmed. Maybe I am releasing or

cleansing or spiritually growing I don't know, but I

feel horrible. I am a Pranic healer-just starting

out. I am clairsentient and always have

been and I think my clairvoyance is getting stronger.

 

For the last week no matter what I did 'cut cords'

shields etc I couldn't seem to cut from awful feeling

of dread, fear and worry. I don't know if it was a

clients or my own or whether I am doing something

wrong. Maybe I am just clearing.

 

I tend to get fearful and doubt myself. I am really

trying to be positive but sometimes it feels too

strong and I feel drained. The fear becomes so bad

that I become depressed.

 

Sometimes I feel like I am only a rollercoaster of

emotion - I used to feel this a lot but since I became

more aware I don't seem to be as bad. It seems to hit

me every now and then.

 

I was wondering if you could offer me any advise or

any help at all - would really appreciate it.

As Master Choa Kok Sui points out, " There are many

levels of truth. " Being sensitive is good but it has

to be regulated to be productive. The physical

material body, which is dense is molded by the energy

body which is subtle.

 

The most subtle body is the spiritual body.

 

If negative emotions are overwhelming the mental

process and other aspects of your being, the lower

emotional body is over activated compared to the other

bodies.

 

In Pranic Healing we have been taught and have

observed that for the energy system to function

properly, the natural healthy condition is to have

balanced chakras. In like manner, to be able to

function properly as a person, balance has to be

maintained. As in Pranic Healing, this is done

through cleansing and energizing, although this time,

treatment is applied on the the higher subtle bodies

and the lower denser physical body. The bodies have

to be balanced.

 

Recent medical studies are now able to demonstrate

through MRI and heat imaging technology the brain

areas affected in cases of emotional and behavioral

disorders.

 

Pranic Healing:

 

1. Bathe in water with salt and several drops of

lavender essential oil.

 

2. Do the physical exercises before the Meditation on

Twin Hearts thoroughly. Do the Superbrain Yoga, for

21 cycles as the last exercise.

 

3. Do Pranic Breathing properly for 12 cycles.

 

4. Invoke for protection, help, guidance,

illumination, inner healing and balance.

 

5. Practice the Meditation on Twin Hearts for

psychological well being. Alternately use the MTH

with self healing and the MTH for psychological well

being.

 

6. Give thanks for all the blessings.

 

7. Do the physical exercises after the Meditation on

Twin Hearts thoroughly.

 

Practice steps 1 to 7 daily. The MTH is an anti

depressant which cleanses and activates the energy

body in several levels to a certain degree. The

Superbrain Yoga cleanses, energizes and activates the

brain and nerve cells, balancing all the sections of

the brain.

 

Other maintenance practices:

 

8. You may burn sandalwood incense and play the OM cd

softly and continuously in the room where you spend

most of your time.

 

9. Find a group of people with whom you can do active

service for the good of others regularly, several

hours per week.

 

10. Avoid negative thoughts, negative emotions,

negative activities and negative environment.

 

11. Eat healthy nutritionally balanced food with

plenty of fresh leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.

Avoid foods with artificial additives and food

enhancers. Take alcohol very moderately. Avoid

hallucinogenic drugs and smoking.

 

Ask your doctor to recommend the vitamins and mineral

supplements for your particular requirements.

 

12. Drink sufficient amounts of fresh water daily.

 

13. Get plenty of aerobic exercise regularly,

preferably outdoors.

 

14. Engage in a productive enjoyable hobby.

 

15. You may want to learn more. Please consider

A positive way of looking at low points in life is to

see them as opportunities that can be used to re

examin our life perspective and priorities.
