Dear Marilette,

Atma Namaste, Please send the healing protocol

for post surgical complications of Pilo Needle Sinus

in the Buttocks region.

The patient was operated during feb 2005 (actually he

was having this problem since December 2004), in which

the doctor removed a large amount of dirty skin mass

in that region upto coccyx bone. After that patient

took 2 months of bed rest , but the operated area did

not heal fast, in spite of daily and regular

dressings and check up. Because of all the painful

suffering since past 2 years, the patient is

suffering from frustration, anxeity,

depression, sadness, lack of faith in god also. He has

fear and negative feelings about his precious future.

A few months back he also attended the " Meditations

for Soul Realisation " course. But he

is not practicing the meditations. His parents are

also worried.

Please send the healing protocol as soon as possible.

Thank you for your help and guidance.

In Service of THE TEACHER,

============================

Dear Raghu,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

Pilonidal Disease

The term pilonidal means, " nest of hair. " A

pilonidal sinus is any tract or cavity under the skin

that contains loose hair. The most common areas are

in the sacrococcigeal ( " tailbone " ) area and the

umbilicus. A person with a pilonidal sinus is usually

not born with it but develops it in his or her late

teens, twenties or thirties. It occurs more often in

overweight people, persons with abundant body hair and

occurs more often in men than in women.

A pilonidal sinus develops when movement or

pressure in areas of skin folds pushes the hair into

tiny abrasions or scars in the skin. This forms a

one-ended tunnel, which becomes the sinus (cavity).

Sometimes this cavity can accumulate hair, dead skin

cells and debris producing a " mass " called a cyst.

The ideal place for a pilonidal cyst to form is the

skin over the tailbone, just above the cleft of the

buttocks.

There are three presentations of pilonidal

disease:

1. Inflammation: Injury to the area may cause the cyst

to become tender, painful and swollen, with possible

drainage. Trauma increases the individual's chances

of getting bacterial infections in the sinus.

2. Infection: The presence of bacteria in the cyst

forming a collection of dead cells and pus. This is

called an abscess. The abscess presents with

swelling, tenderness, redness and sometimes drainage.

3. Chronic sinus drainage: The sinus becomes an open

cavity that drains small amounts of fluid constantly.

The patient does not have pain but complains of

clear-yellowish drainage.

The treatment of pilonidal disease involves

medical evaluation as soon as possible in order to

minimize pain and discomfort. In the case of an

abscess, a doctor should be consulted since the

treatment consists of surgical incision and drainage

of the infected sinus. If the cysts are recurring or

there is chronic drainage of the sinus, surgical

removal may be required. After any surgical

intervention, it is very important to follow the

doctor's orders for return visits and home care.

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. Play the Meditation on Twin Hearts cd and ask the

patient to follow the guided meditation.

3. Advanced general sweeping 2 to 3 times.

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected area

alternately with LWG and LWO.

Rescan.

Continue sweeping until the energy is thoroughly

cleansed before energizing.

Energize the affected area thoroughly with LWG, LB

then gold.

Repeat step 4 three to four times a day for the first

several days or until the condition is substantially

improved.

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front, sides,

bottom and back of the lungs. Energize the lungs

directly through the back of the lungs with LWG then

LWO then ordinary LWV.

Point your fingers away from the patient's head when

energizing with O.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra.

Energize with W or LWR.

If the patient has fever or venereal disease, do not

energize the basic chakra; just apply thorough

localized sweeping on it.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the arms and legs

and their minor chakras. Energize the minor chakras

with LWR or ordinary LWV.

If the patient has fever or venereal disease, use

ordinary LWV to energize the minor chakras. If

ordinary LWV is used, do not apply this step more than

once a day.

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen chakra and the navel chakra. Energize the

navel chakra with ordinary LWV.

9. If the spleen is painful, energize the spleen

directly with LWG then ordinary LWV. Apply more

localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen. Avoid overenergizing the patient.

10. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra and the liver. Energize the solar

plexus chakra with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV.

11. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat

chakra. Energize the throat chakra with LWG, LWB then

ordinary LWV.

12. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra using LEV or EV. Energize the heart

chakra through the back heart chakra with LEV or EV.

13. Localized thorough sweeping and energizing on the

crown, forehead, ajna and back head minor chakras

using EV.

14. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

15. Repeat entire treatment 3 times per week.

For patient:

16. Bathe regularly in water with salt and several

drops of lavender essential oil.

17. Practice the Meditation on Twin Hearts after salt

water bath.

18. Maintain proper weight through nutritionally

balanced healthy diet in correct portions and regular

exercise. Drink sufficient amounts of fresh water

daily.

19. Engage in an enjoyable productive hobby.

20. Do service for the good of others -- 5 to 8 hours

per week regularly.

Love,

Marilette
