My new friend , Male, 37 years , about 175 cms tall,

wt 90 kgs was diagnosed with " PROFORIA " , about 3 years

back when he was 34.Apparently , this is a state when

the patient cannot take almost any medicine without

reaction.

The patient has hypertension ; BP w/o

pills( brand name ARBITACE) would be 110/160 but with

pills it is 90/130-140. The Patient is a successful

businessman and one of three brothers running a family

business. The family is close Knit .

The patient complains that this illness is interfering

with his daily life and one of the most common

occurences is an onset and sustained

dull pain in the chest cavity. The patient has been

checked thoroughly ( he has been kept in a ICU for 8

days - for all the checks )and has no other medical

abnormality , except as already stated , Hypertension.

The patient used to do Power lifting with safety

precautions like using a belt during dead lift and has

given up the same some years back.

i request for your guidance.

with best regards,

Vasant

Dear Vasant,

Atma namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

Porphyria

Porphyria is a group of different disorders caused by

abnormalities in the chemical steps leading to the

production of heme, a substance that is important in

the body. The largest amounts of heme are in the blood

and bone marrow, where it carries oxygen. Heme is also

found in the liver and other tissues.

Multiple enzymes are needed for the body to produce

heme. If any one of the enzymes is abnormal, the

process cannot continue and the intermediate products,

porphyrin or its precursors, may build up and be

excreted in the urine and stool.

The porphyria disorders can be grouped by

symptoms—whether they affect the skin or the nervous

system. The cutaneous porphyrias affect the skin.

People with cutaneous porphyria develop blisters,

itching, and swelling of their skin when it is exposed

to sunlight. The acute porphyrias affect the nervous

system. Symptoms of acute porphyria include pain in

the chest, abdomen, limbs, or back; muscle numbness,

tingling, paralysis, or cramping; vomiting;

constipation; and personality changes or mental

disorders. These symptoms appear intermittently.

The porphyrias are inherited conditions, and the genes

for all enzymes in the heme pathway have been

identified. Some forms of porphyria result from

inheriting an abnormal gene from one parent (autosomal

dominant). Other forms are from inheriting an abnormal

gene from each parent (autosomal recessive). The risk

that individuals in an affected family will have the

disease or transmit it to their children is quite

different depending on the type.

Attacks of porphyria can develop over hours or days

and last for days or weeks. Porphyria can be triggered

by drugs (barbiturates, tranquilizers, birth control

pills, sedatives), chemicals, fasting, smoking,

drinking alcohol, infections, emotional and physical

stress, menstrual hormones, and exposure to the sun.

Porphyria is diagnosed through blood, urine, and stool

tests. Diagnosis may be difficult because the range of

symptoms is common to many disorders and

interpretation of the tests may be complex. Each form

of porphyria is treated differently. Treatment may

involve treating with heme, giving medicines to

relieve the symptoms, or drawing blood. People who

have severe attacks may need to be hospitalized.

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. Teach the patient how to do Pranic Breathing

properly. Ask him to do 12 cycles before the start of

treatment; then continue pranic breathing during the

entire Pranic Healing treatment.

3. General sweeping several times using LWG.

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire head and

the spine.

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the liver.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra and the meng mein chakra

alternately with LWG and LWB.

If overactivated, inhibit the solar plexus and meng

mein chakras with LB. The meng mein chakra's normal

size is 1/2 to 2/3 the average size of the other major

chakras.

Step 5 may be repeated after 1 or 2 hours after

scanning.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra using EV. Energize the heart through the

back heart chakra with EV simultaneously visualize the

heart chakra becoming brighter and bigger.

area. Lightly energize the crown, forehead, ajna and

back head minor chakra with LWG, LWB then oridnary

LWV.

Apply more localized thorough sweeping on the head

area and spine.

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

of the lungs. Energize through the back of thelungs

with LWG then LWO.

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the neck area, the

jaw minor chakra, the throat and secondary throat

chakras. Energize the chakras with LWG then with more

of ordinary LWV.

10. Localized thorough sweeping on the lower

abdominal area, the navel chakra and basic chakra.

Energize the chakras slightly with W.

11. Localized thorough sweeping on the arms and legs

and their minor chakras. Energize the minor chakras

slightly with W.

12. Stabilize and release projected pranic eenrgy.

13. Repeat treatment several times per week until the

blood pressure is normalized for at least 1 month

contineously.

When the blood pressure has remained normal for a

period of 1 month, the patient may start practicing

the Meditation on Twin Hearts properly with both eyes

open once per week. The recommended physical

exercises before and after the meditation are part of

the meditation practice.
