Guest guest
Dear Marilette Atma, Namaste! One of our patients has the following ailments: Chronic Folluculitis & Gender Dysphoria. Could you please let us know the Pranic Healing protocol to be administered. Many thanks in advance for your support. Best Wishes Hari ======================= Dear Hari, Atma namaste. Thank you for your email. Fulliculitis Medical Background: Folliculitis is inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin. It starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing, blockage of the follicle, or shaving. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph). - Barber's itch is a staph infection of the hair follicles in the bearded area of the face, usually the upper lip. Shaving aggravates the condition. Tinea barbae is similar to barber's itch, but the infection is caused by a fungus. - Pseudofolliculitis barbae is a disorder occurring primarily in men of African descent. If curly beard hairs are cut too short, they may curve back into the skin and cause inflammation. Iron deficiency anemia is sometimes associated with chronic cases. - Hot tub folliculitis is caused by a bacteria often found in new hot tubs. The folliculitis usually occurs after sitting in a hot tub that was not properly cleaned before use. Symptoms are found around the body parts that sit in the hot tub -- typically the legs, hips and buttocks and surrounding areas. Symptoms are typically amplified around regions that were covered by wet clothing, such as bathing suits. Symptoms: itching skin, rash (reddened skin area), pimples or pustules located around a hair follicle - may crust over - typically occur on neck axilla, or groin area - may present as genital lesions To prevent further damage to the hair follicles and infection: Minimize friction from clothing, avoid shaving the area if possible (if shaving is necessary, use a clean new razor blade or an electric razor each time). Keep the area clean. Avoid reinfection from contaminated clothing and washcloths. Hot moist compresses may promote drainage of extensive folliculitis. Topical antibiotics (mupirocin), oral antibiotics (dicloxacillin), or antifungal medications may be needed to control the infection. Fulliculitis usually responds well to treatment but may recur. It may spread to other body areas. They feel that they have a gender identity that is different from their anatomical sex. This may lead to a fear of expressing their feelings and a fear of rejection, which may lead to deep anxiety, leading to chronic depression and possibly attempted suicide. Sometimes a person, with gender dysphoria, undergoes hormone and surgical treatment to physically change their sex. This is called transsexualism. Symptoms: In childhood, boys may show an interest in traditionally feminine activities and girls may display ‘ tomboy’ behaviour; they may express a desire to be the opposite sex. A few of these children continue to have these feelings into adolescence, however most boys and girls with gender identity uncertainty outgrow their wish to change sex and gender. In a few cases these feelings continue and so the physical effects of puberty can be very distressing and confusing. Young adults with gender dysphoria may try to relieve increasing feelings of gender anxiety by getting married and trying to live in their birth sex. They may try counselling or therapy to help them cope with their confusion and discomfort. Others will seek gender reassignment surgery. Gender identity is quite separate from sexual orientation (whether someone is attracted to men or women). People with gender dysphoria may be heterosexual, homosexual or bisexual. Sexual orientation can however change after hormone and surgical treatment. For example a male to female transsexual person attracted to woman prior to surgery may find they are attracted to men after surgery. Transvestism is also quite distinct from gender dysphoria. Transvestites are people who get sexual or emotional pleasure from wearing the clothing of the opposite sex. They are content with their gender identity but enjoy the fantasy of pretending to be a member of the opposite sex. Causes : Little is known about the cause of gender dysphoria. There has been some research claiming to show that male and female brains show some difference in structure and that people with gender dysphoria have brains structured like those of their psychological rather than physical sex. This suggests the cause occurs during the development of the brain while in the womb, however the research is inconclusive. Research has also shown that a significant proportion of male transsexuals have abnormally low levels of HY antigen (This is present in the cells of males but not in the cells of females). Many believe gender dysphoria is caused by hormonal alteration of the nervous system of developing foetus. Source : U.K. National Health Service Pranic Healing: 1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 2. Use the divide the chakra into 6 parts technique for scanning and sweeping the chakras: divide the chakra frontally into 4 sections, the core is the 5th and the root is the 6th section. Scan the crown, forehead, ajna, back head, and the front and back solar plexus and sex chakras. Take note of the section that is bulging. 3. Play the Meditation on Twin Hearts CD and instruct the patient to follow the guided meditation. 4. General sweeping twice. 5. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected sections of the front and back solar plexus chakra using EV until all the sections are smooth and balanced. Energize with EV. Inhibit the overactivated solar plexus chakra with LB. 6. Localized thorough sweeping using EV on the affected sections of the crown, ajna, forehead, back head minor until all the sections are smooth and balanced. Energize with EV. 7. Localized thorough sweeping using EV on all the sections of the sex chakra until all the sections are smooth and balanced. Energize with EV. 8. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize and activate the heart through the back heart with EV. 9. Localized thorough sweeping on affected areas of the skin alternately with LWG and LWO. If the affected area is located on the head, near the heart or near the spleen, sweep alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV. 10. Energize the affected area with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV. 11. Localized thorough sweeping on the front, sides and back of the lungs. Energize the lungs directly through the back of the lungs with LWG, LWO then LWR. This may take several minutes. 12. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra alternately with LWG and LWO. Energize it with W or LWR. If the patient has venereal disease or fever, do not energize the basic chakra, just apply thorough localized sweeping on it. 13. Localized thorough sweeping on the minor chakras of the arms and legs. Energize them with LWR or ordinary LWV. If the patient has fever or venereal disease, just energize with ordinary LWV. If ordinary LWV is used, do not apply this step more than once per day. 14. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back spleen chakra, the navel chakra and the lower abdominal area. Energize the navel chakra with LWR. If the spleen is painful, energize the spleen with LWG then ordinary LWV. Apply more localized through sweeping on the front and back spleen chakra. Avoid over energizing the patient. 15. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat chakra. Energize with LWG, LWB then with ordinary LWV. 16. Scan the chakras for negative cords on all levels. Cut all negative cords properly. 17. Visualize the patient very bright and happy, well adjusted and psychologically comfortable in his physical or chosen gender. Do this for several minutes. 18. Create chakral shields on the front and back solar plexus chakra, crown chakra, forehead chakra, ajna chakra, back head chakra and sex chakra. Then create an auric shield. 19. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy. 20. Repeat treatment 3 times per week. 21. Encourage the patient to practice Meditation on Twin Hearts regularly. Love, Marilette 1.
