=================================

Dear Lori,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

Alternative names: Eyelid spasm; Eye twitch;

Blepherospasm; Twitch - eyelid

An eyelid twitch is called a blepharospasm. It

happends when your eyelid muscles repeatedly and

rhythmically contract. In some instances, the eyelid

may repeatedly close (or nearly close) and re-open.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors - The most common

things that make the muscle in the eyelid twitch are

fatigue, stress, and caffeine. Once spasms begin, they

may continue off and on for a few days. Then, they

disappear. Most people experience this type of eyelid

twitch on occasion and find it very annoying. In most

cases, it is not even noticed when the twitch has

stopped.

More severe contractions, where the eyelid completely

closes, are possible. These can be caused by

irritation of the surface of the eye (cornea) or the

membranes lining the eyelids (conjunctiva).

Sometimes, the reason for the eyelid twitching cannot

be identified. This form of eyelid twitching lasts

much longer, is often very uncomfortable, and can also

cause the eyelids to close completely.

Symptoms- In addition to having repetitive,

uncontrollable twitching or spasms of your eyelid

(usually the upper lid), you may be very sensitive to

light or have blurry vision.

Treatment - Eyelid twitching usually disappears

without treatment. In the meantime, the following

steps may help:

- Get more sleep.

- Drink less caffeine.

- Lubricate your eyes with eye drops.

Expectations (prognosis)- The twitches usually stop

within a week.

Complications - Permanent eye injury from unrecognized

cornea injury is possible, but rare.

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. If the patient does not have any other medical

condition that prevents the proper practice of the

Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH), play the MTH CD and

instruct the patient to follow the guided meditation

during the Pranic Healing treatment.

3. General sweeping.

4. Localized thorough sweeping and energizing on the

front and back solar plexus chakra using LV or EV.

Cleansing and energizing should be done alternately

until the patient feels a certain degree of relief.

Inhibit the overactivated solar plexus chakra with LB.

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra. Energize the heart chakra through the

back heart chakra with LV or EV.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire head and

both eyes.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the ajna chakra,

forehead chakra, crown chakra and back head minor

chakra alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV.

Energize them with LWG then ordinary LWV or with EV.

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the temple minor

chakras, jaw minor chakras and throat chakra.

Energize them with LWG then with ordinary LWV.

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the sex chakra,

navel chakra and basic chakra. Energize them with W.

10. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

11. Repeat treatment 3 times per week.

12. Encourage the patient to practice the Meditation

on Twin Hearts properly and regularly to relieve stress.

Love,

Marilette.
