Guest guest
Dear Marilette Good day and sorry to bother you , but I've been suffering from excessive belching or burping since 2 weeks and I get it as soon as I wake up , either I eat or not , and it doesn't stop all day until I go to sleep. It feels also like a ball of gas in my throat plus indigestion even without eating. Please help me by sending me an easy pranic healing routine I can apply on myself , I've done the basic , the advanced and pranic psychotherapy , but I am most familiar with the basic course ... Thanking you in advance. Best regards. samar. =========================== Dear Samar, Namaste. Thank you for your email. Medical Background: It's natural to burp and pass gas. It may even happen repeatedly in a single day. But excessive belching, bloating or gas can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. Here's what causes these symptoms — and what to do about them. Belching: Getting rid of excess air Belching is your body's way of expelling excess air from the stomach. You may swallow the excess air if you eat or drink too fast, talk while you eat or drink carbonated beverages. Acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) can have the same effect. If stomach acid backs up into your esophagus, you may swallow repeatedly to clear the material. This can lead to swallowing more air and further belching. Some people swallow air as a nervous habit — even when they're not eating or drinking. In other cases, chronic belching is related to inflammation of the stomach lining (gastritis). To reduce belching, it may help to: -Eat and drink slowly. Taking your time can help you swallow less air. -Avoid carbonated drinks and beer. They release carbon dioxide gas. -Avoid foods that contain air, such as whipped cream. Fizzy medicines, such as bicarbonate of soda, also add air to the stomach. -Don't smoke. When you inhale smoke, you also inhale and swallow air. -Skip the gum and hard candy. When you chew gum or suck on hard candy, you swallow more often than normal. Part of what you're swallowing is air. - Check your dentures. Poorly fitting dentures can cause you to swallow excess air when you eat and drink. They can increase saliva or air swallowing. - Treat heartburn. Source: Mayo Clinic Self-Pranic Healing: This treatment may also be applied using W instead of color pranas. 1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 2. Do pranic breathing for 12 cycles before start of treatment; continue pranic breathing during treatment. 3. General sweeping. 4. Apply treatment for any predisposing condition (e.g. GERD, heartburn or smoking). 5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra, the liver, pancreas and stomach. Energize the solar plexus chakra with LWB, LWG then LWO. Repeat localized thorough sweeping. 6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back spleen chakra and the navel chakra and the lower abdominal area. Energize the navel chakra with LWR. 7. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize the back heart with LWG then ordinary LWV. 8. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat chakra, secondary throat chakra and the jaw minor chakras. Energize them with LWG then with ordinary LWV. 9. Localized thorough sweeping on the ajna chakra, forehead chakra, crown chakra and back head minor chakras. Energize them with LWG then ordinary LWV. 10. Stabilize and release proejected energy. 11. If there are no other medical conditions that prevent the proper practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts, practice the Meditation after pranic healing treatment. This healing meditation is to be practiced regularly once per day, everyday. 12. For a " quick fix " treatment, apply steps 1, 2, 5, 6, 10. However, applying the entire treatment(steps 1 to 13) , 3 times per week will gradually heal the underlying cause(s) of excessive belching. 13. Do proper pranic breathing for 5 minutes per session, several sessions per day every day. Thank you for the opportunity to do service. Love, Marilette 1.
