==================================

Dear Suzanne,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

According to Dr. Lane Jay Mercer, atrophic changes are

a natural sequelae of estrogen deficiency

characterized by loss of normal architecture, thinning

of the skin, and " cracking " of the dermal layers.

Treatment is the restoration of estrogen which can be

accomplished systemically or topically. In severe

cases of atrophy, the application of topical estrogen

creams may cause burning....

Chronic vulvar puritis or irritation which does not

respond to estrogen therapy must be fully evaluated.

Some medications prescribed for hormonal treatment may

also cause certain side effects such as itching and

pain in the pelvic region.

The name " endometriosis " comes from the word

endometrium, which is the tissue that lines the inside

of the uterus and builds up and sheds each month in

the menstrual cycle. In endometriosis, tissue like the

endometrium is found outside the uterus, in other

areas of the body. In these locations outside the

uterus, the endometrial tissue develops into what are

called " nodules, " " tumors, " " lesions, " " implants, " or

" growths. " These growths can cause pain, infertility,

and other problems.

The most common locations of endometrial growths are

in the abdomen-involving the ovaries, fallopian tubes,

the ligaments supporting the uterus, the area between

the vagina and the rectum, the outer surface of the

uterus, and the lining of the pelvic cavity. Sometimes

the growths are also found in abdominal surgery scars,

on the intestines or in the rectum, on the bladder,

vagina, cervix, and vulva (external genitals).

Endometrial growths have also been found outside the

abdomen, in the lung, arm, thigh, and other locations,

but these are uncommon. Endometrial growths are

generally not malignant or cancerous, they are a type

of normal type of tissue outside the normal location.

However, in recent decades there has been an increased

frequency of malignancy occurring or being recognized

in conjunction with endometriosis. Like the lining of

the uterus, endometrial growths usually respond to the

hormones of the menstrual cycle. They build up tissue

each month, break down, and cause bleeding.

However, unlike the lining of the uterus, endometrial

tissue outside the uterus has no way of leaving the

body. The result is internal bleeding, degeneration of

the blood and tissue shed from the growths,

inflammation of the surrounding areas, and formation

of scar tissue. Other complications, depending on the

location of the growths, can be rupture of growths

(which can spread endometriosis to new areas), the

formation of adhesions, intestinal bleeding or

obstruction (if the growths are in or near the

intestines), interference with bladder function (if

the growths are on or in the bladder), and other

problems. Symptoms seem to worsen with time, though

cycles of remission and reoccurrence are the pattern

in some cases.

Symptoms - The most common symptoms of endometriosis

are pain before and during periods (usually worse than

" normal " menstrual cramps), during or after sexual

activity, infertility, and heavy or irregular

bleeding. Other symptoms may include fatigue; painful

bowel movements with periods; lower back pain with

periods; diarrhea and/or constipation and other

intestinal upset with some periods. Some women with

endometriosis have no symptoms. Infertility affects

about 30-40% of women with endometriosis and is a

common result with progression of the disease.

The amount of pain is not necessarily related to the

extent or size of growths. Tiny growths

(called " petechial " ) have been found to be more active

in producing prostaglandins, which may explain the

significant symptoms that often seem to occur with

small implants. Prostaglandins are substances produced

throughout the body, involved in numerous functions,

and thought to cause many of the symptoms of

endometriosis.

Pranic Healing:

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. Teach the patient proper pranic breathing. Wait

until the patient has completed 12 cycles.

3. Ask the patient to concentrate on her reproductive

organs. Ask patient to repeat after

you the following affirmation,

" Sex is good. It is natural and biological. It is

regulated, transmuted and transformed into loving,

creative, spiritual energy. "

Repeat this affirmation 3 to 7 times simultaneously

pranic breathing during the healing. If the

patient is receptive, healing is very fast.

4. General sweeping twice.

5. Localized thorough cleansing on the front and back

solar plexus chakra, and the liver. Energize the solar

plexus chakra with LWG, LWB and more of ordinary LWV.

Inhibit the overactivated solar plexus chakra with LB.

5. Project LWG then LWB on the affected area(s).

Localized thorough cleansing on the

affected area(s), the sex chakra and the perineum

minor chakra using LG - 7, LV - 7 and EV - 1 breathing

cycle.

Rescan. Apply ordinary sweeping until the energy is

clean and balanced before energizing.

Energize with LG - 7, LV - 7, gold - 1.

6. Localized thorough cleansing on the front and back

heart chakras and the thymus gland.

Energize the front heart and thymus through the back

heart chakra using LWG, then ordinary LWV.

Simultaneously visualize the energy going into the

thymus gland and heart chakra.

Say to the heart chakra: " bigger, bigger, bigger " .

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire head, the

crown, forehead, back head and ajna chakras. Energize

the chakras with LWG and more of ordinary LWV.

While energizing the ajna chakra, gently and firmly

instruct the ajna to normalize, and to harmonize the

other major chakras and organs.

8. Localized thorough cleansing on the front, sides

and back of the lungs. Energize the lungs through the

back of the lungs using LWG, LWO and ordinary LWV.

This may take a several minutes.

Point your fingers away from the patient's head when

energizing with O.

Rescan after 15 minutes. Reapply step 8 if the energy

has become dirty.

Steps 5 and 8 may applied 3 to 5 times per day for the

first several days or until the condition is stablized

or is substantially improved.

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen chakra, the navel chakra and basic

chakra. Energize the navel and basic chakras with W.

10. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

11. Repeat entire treatment 3 times per week.

For patient:

12. Unless there are other medical conditions that

prevent the proper practice of the Meditation on Twin

Hearts, practice the MTH, including the physical

exercises before and after the meditation, daily

regularly. This will facilitate the proper

assimilation of healing energy, reduce stress, and

promote general well-being.

13. Regular low impact aerobic exercises to relieve

stress naturally.

14. Say the affirmation in step 3, 3 to 7 times per

session while pranic breathing, once a day, everyday.

15. Bathe in water and salt with several drops of

lavender essential oil, 4 to 7 times a week.

While bathing, take a handful of fine salt and several

drops of lavender essential oil on the salt then

gently and lightly massage the salt with lavender oil

on the affected area externally. Leave the salt and

lavender on the body for 1 to 2 minutes before rinsing

off. When done properly, this supplements and

enhances energy cleansing.

16. Drink sufficient amounts of fresh water and eat

healthy nutritionally balanced fresh food diet.

17. Avoid stress and negative emotions.

18. Avoid spicy food, alcoholic and caffeinated

drinks and smoking.

19. Take vitamins and minerals food supplements

suited for your particular nutritional requirements

per your medical doctor's advise.

20. Consult a medical doctor to find out if certain

medications you are taking are possibly causing the

uncomfortable side effects.

Love,

Marilette
