Just as the physical body has blood vessels through

which blood flows, the energy body has meridians or

nadis which are fine invisible energy channels through

which prana and bioplasmic matter flows to envigorate

and nourishes the energy body.

 

Chakras are energy centers. They have several

dimensions. Chakras are like power plants that provide

energy and control the internal vital organs and the

different parts of the body.
