Guest guest
Namaste , I am a 45 yr old woman and think I am beginning menopause or perimenopause. Symptoms include dizziness, night sweats, restless sleep a few times a week, some numbness in my arms (especially when I sleep), indigestion, anxiety, about a year ago my period changed from being very light to being very heavy (but still very regular), tiredness,Ive been to my MD to check out my heart, my digestive system, all my major organs and they all look ok.And they all seem to conclude I am heading into the change. Is there a PH protocol I can use to ease my symptoms? Thank you Donna ================================================= Dear Donna, Namaste.
